This position serves as the strategic architect for enterprise-wide Future of Work initiatives, leveraging artificial intelligence, automation, and advanced analytics to redefine how the organization operates. The role exists to translate high-level strategic priorities into disciplined, cross-functional transformation programs that drive measurable improvements in productivity, efficiency, and workforce effectiveness.
In this capacity, you will lead complex, multi-workstream programs from initiation through stabilization. The focus is on establishing robust governance structures, managing risk, and ensuring that every initiative delivers tangible business value. You will act as the bridge between business and technology leaders, identifying and deploying high-impact AI use cases that align with the broader enterprise objectives.
Your work involves orchestrating the end-to-end execution of transformation efforts. You will establish and oversee steering committees, define reporting cadences, and maintain executive dashboards to ensure transparency and audit-ready documentation. A significant portion of your time will be dedicated to developing business cases and financial models to track ROI, while managing budgets and vendor relationships.
Beyond execution, the role requires driving enterprise change management. You will engage stakeholders, craft communications strategies, and oversee workforce training to ensure sustained adoption of new tools and processes. You will also collaborate closely with Risk, Legal, and Compliance teams to ensure all initiatives adhere to cybersecurity standards, data privacy regulations, and responsible AI governance.
