Looking ahead, Constellation is planning multi-billion-dollar investments between 2025 and 2030 focused on the continued operation, licensing, and performance of the Illinois nuclear fleet. These investments are distinct from major growth projects and are centered on sustaining the existing fleet at world-class standards. These efforts support high-skilled jobs, local tax bases, grid reliability, and long-term affordability while avoiding the cost overruns and risks often borne by ratepayers under monopoly utility buildouts.
This position is designed to manage projects from initiation through closeout, operating within the parameters of cost, quality, schedule, and objectives. The role provides leadership for project team members and the Project Management process, generally serving projects that require the integration of multiple functional organizations. You will be responsible for directing the project team, integrating all resources, and ensuring stakeholder review and buy-in of intermediate and final deliverables.

Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Science, or related field. Supervisory or managerial experience. Experience in plant operation and/or maintenance. Knowledge of contract management and/or Asset Suite 9 (AS9) supply system. Ability to work in ambiguous situations with little direction.
Skills: PMP, Asset Suite 9.
Education: Bachelor's degree required with 5 years of experience; Associate's degree with 7 years of experience (alternative); High school diploma/GED with 9 years of experience (alternative).
