About the Role
The Sr Project Manager at Braidwood Nuclear Power Station in Braceville, IL, serves as a critical leader for projects requiring the integration of multiple functional organizations. This role manages projects from initiation through closeout, ensuring alignment with cost, quality, schedule, and strategic objectives. You will provide leadership for project team members and the Project Management process, directing resources and ensuring stakeholder buy-in for intermediate and final deliverables.
In this position, you will act as the primary communication link between the project team and Constellation Nuclear and site management. Your work involves evaluating contracted services and materials, managing detailed scope and budgets in accordance with the Constellation Management Model, and ensuring proper contract administration. The role also includes post-project critiques to capture lessons learned and may involve emergency response duties as required by company policy.
