The Sr Project Manager at Braidwood Nuclear Power Station in Braceville, IL, serves as a critical leader for complex initiatives requiring the integration of multiple functional organizations. This role manages projects from initiation through closeout, ensuring strict adherence to cost, quality, schedule, and objectives. You will provide leadership for project team members and the overall Project Management process, directing resources and ensuring stakeholder buy-in for all deliverables.
In this position, you will navigate the Constellation Management Model procedures to manage detailed scope, performance, and budget. Your day-to-day involves evaluating contracted services and materials, maintaining rigorous project controls, and delivering required monthly reporting. You will act as the primary communication link between the project team, Constellation Nuclear, and site management, ensuring proper contract administration and facilitating post-project critiques to capture lessons learned. This role also includes emergency response duties as required by company policy.
