Strategic Context
Over the past ten years, Constellation has invested more than $7.1 billion in capital across its nuclear fleet to support continued safe, reliable operations and long-term license extensions. Approximately $3.3 billion of that total has been invested in Illinois facilities.
Looking ahead, Constellation is planning multi-billion-dollar investments between 2025 and 2030 focused on the continued operation, licensing, and performance of the Illinois nuclear fleet. These investments are distinct from major growth projects and are centered on sustaining the existing fleet at world-class standards. These efforts support high-skilled jobs, local tax bases, grid reliability, and long-term affordability while avoiding the cost overruns and risks often borne by ratepayers under monopoly utility buildouts.
About the Role
This position is designed to manage projects from initiation through closeout, operating within the parameters of cost, quality, schedule, and objectives. The role provides leadership for project team members and the overall project management process, specifically for projects requiring the integration of multiple functional organizations. You will serve as a key leader in ensuring the successful execution of initiatives that sustain our world-class nuclear fleet.
