About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead complex aerospace and defense programs supporting major customers and mission-critical applications. As the primary customer-facing leader for assigned programs, you will drive execution, engagement, and financial performance while coordinating cross-functional efforts.

This is not a desk-only role. You will maintain regular operational engagement with production and manufacturing teams, ensuring customer commitments are met through strong internal accountability. You will manage multiple complex programs simultaneously, including large-scale initiatives exceeding $100M in annual revenue, while serving as the key representative for PacSci EMC. The role involves developing strategies for business expansion, assessing Voice of Customer feedback, and mentoring less experienced Program Managers. Success in this position requires comfort operating in a fast-paced, highly visible, customer-driven environment.
