About the Role

This is a hands-on, production-focused engineering role centered on troubleshooting, failure analysis, and root cause investigation of complex electronic systems. We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical Engineer III to support the ramp-up of our new operations in Solon, OH. This role is critical to ensuring production continuity by serving as a primary technical resource for diagnosing and resolving hardware failures in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

The ideal candidate thrives working directly with hardware, is comfortable on the production floor, and takes ownership of technical issues from identification through resolution. You will partner closely with Manufacturing, Quality, and Program Management to ensure product performance, reliability, and customer satisfaction. This foundational role offers high ownership and significant growth opportunities as you help establish a new site.
