Hajoca Corporation is one of the country's largest privately-held wholesale distributors of plumbing, heating & cooling, and industrial supplies. Founded in 1858, Hajoca is built on the principles of "Service, Integrity, Reliability," fostering relationships of trust and support with teammates, customers, and suppliers. While the company has played an active role in shaping advances in plumbing, its success is attributed to a unique business philosophy and talented people.
Although Hajoca is a large organization, it operates in a decentralized environment. Each location, known as a Profit Center (PC), is run by a Profit Center Manager as if it were their own small business. These centers serve as the heart of the business, typically consisting of a warehouse, counter, sales office, and sometimes a showroom. PCs conduct business under unique trade names, offering a customized approach that honors the special characteristics of each local marketplace.
Hajoca is seeking a Senior Profit Center Office Administrator for its Compton, CA location. This role is designed for an organized, detail-oriented professional who thrives on analyzing and solving problems to ensure the business runs smoothly. You will serve as a key operational hub, providing training and guidance to teammates on administrative tasks to ensure adherence to company policies. As an escalated point of contact, you will manage customer inquiries and concerns, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.

Additionally, you will lead onboarding tasks for new teammates, develop administrative workflows, and generate daily invoice reports for management review. This position requires a blend of accuracy, problem-solving, and the ability to build positive relationships with customers, vendors, and co-workers.
Hajoca's culture is well-suited for exceptional people who use their talents to drive business and want to share in the financial success their efforts yield.
