Apollo Safety is seeking a detail-oriented Full Charge Bookkeeper to manage the day-to-day accounting operations of our organization. This role is critical for maintaining accurate financial records, processing transactions, and supporting monthly close activities. You will serve as the backbone of our financial team, ensuring that all billing, receipts, and accounts payable are handled with precision.
In this on-site position, you will handle a variety of financial tasks ranging from processing daily billing and resolving disputes to entering accounts payable invoices and managing check runs. Your day will involve monitoring accounts, performing bank and credit card reconciliations, and preparing monthly financial reports including P&L, Balance Sheets, and Cash Flow statements. You will also support payroll processing and maintain accurate documentation to ensure compliance and transparency.
