Content Platforms & Operations is responsible for the development and ongoing advancement of the technical and operational functions driving the worldwide distribution and monetization of Disney's linear networks and theatrical content. This includes the media supply chain, storage, network and theatrical distribution operations, media localization, and network transmission. The global team also serves as the primary collaboration point for Product & Technology with Disney's EMEA, APAC, and LATAM regional business teams.
The Content Platforms' Avails Team is seeking a Sr Product Manager II to lead the development, execution, and long-term success of products that enable the global rights distribution of The Walt Disney Company's world-class content through licensing partner channels. In this role, you will help shape the future of the content supply chain that powers Disney's content distribution worldwide.
Serving as a strategic bridge between business stakeholders, design, and engineering, you will define product vision and strategy, translate customer and partner needs into scalable product capabilities, and guide cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact solutions. You will collaborate closely with engineering, design, and key partners to reimagine how technology can be leveraged to drive the next evolution of our business.
This role demands strong analytical thinking, deep user empathy, and the ability to prioritize effectively across innovation, business value, and technical feasibility. Success requires thriving in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment, with a strong attention to detail and a bias toward execution.

Experience within the media and entertainment industry. Strong passion for and interest in Disney brands and storytelling. Solid understanding of media production workflows, digital video pipelines, and/or consumer-facing video product features. Knowledge of and experience with product management for content rights, licensing, and availability. Master of Business Administration (MBA).

Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required; Master of Business Administration (MBA) preferred.
