This Senior Scrum Master position is designed for an experienced Agile Lead to drive value within a large-scale software and hardware integration effort. You will serve as a catalyst for high-performing team dynamics, facilitating either a complex single team or multiple small teams within a larger Agile Release Train (ART) utilizing the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
In this role, you will not only facilitate ceremonies but also educate and coach teams on Scrum, Scrumban, or Kanban to ensure process adherence. Your day-to-day involves sensing and leading discussions to triage issues, removing impediments to ensure continuous flow, and fostering an environment of relentless improvement. You will work closely with Product Owners, System Engineers, and Release Train Engineers to protect the team from scope creep, ensure Program Increment (PI) commitments are met, and maintain clear communication across the organization. Ultimately, you will help lead teams toward Agile maturity, creating a fun, sharing, and learning environment where experimentation drives delivery.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical field. Experience working with large software systems including hardware integration and test. Experience working with multi-disciplinary technical development teams. Experience using SAFe as the agile development methodology. Experience using Kanban as a means to improve flow on support teams. Experience affecting change in organizations working towards agile adoption. Experience applying test automation, test-driven development, continuous integration, and continuous deployment to achieve built-in quality by the team.
