About the Role
As an experienced Scrum Master/Release Train Engineer, you will join our Project Delivery Talent Model (PDM), a talent model tailored specifically for long-term, onsite client service delivery. This opportunity is designed for passionate pioneers in technology who want to work in a collaborative environment without the extensive demands of travel.
In this role, you will act as a servant leader, facilitating agile ceremonies and coordinating the execution of Agile Release Trains (ARTs). You will help teams navigate challenges, ensure alignment across multiple squads, and optimize the flow of value through the organization. Your work will be pivotal in PI (Program Increment) Planning and continuous delivery, requiring you to coach leaders and teams in Lean-Agile practices while managing cross-team dependencies and resolving impediments.

Requirements
- verified6+ years experience as Scrum Master or Release Train Engineer
- verified5+ years experience in Scrum Master, Agile delivery, or RTE roles
- verifiedActive certification (CSM, PSM, SAFe RTE, or equivalent)
- verified5+ years experience applying Agile scaling frameworks
- verified2+ years direct experience in SAFe
- verifiedBachelor's degree in CS, IT, Computer Engineering, or related field
- verifiedMust be at least 18 years old
