This Scrum PM position is a contract opportunity based in New York, requiring a hybrid schedule with three days of onsite work. The role is designed for a professional who can bridge tactical execution with strategic planning, coordinating cross-functional teams within a complex matrixed environment.
You will serve as a central point of contact for program management, ensuring seamless collaboration across various business units and geographic locations. A key aspect of this position involves managing large-scale implementation releases, including the creation of runbooks, tracking status, and proactively escalating issues as needed. The role demands strong stakeholder and risk management capabilities, with a focus on maintaining clear communication channels regarding status and RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) logs.
A significant portion of the role involves synthesizing complex project data into clear, actionable insights for Senior Leadership and Executives. You will leverage tools such as Jira, Tableau, and Excel to generate high-quality status reports that drive decision-making and transparency across the organization.
