The Senior Process Engineer serves as a key analyst and problem solver, performing comprehensive process, safety, and quality system analyses to recommend effective solutions. This role is designed to bridge the gap between technical strategy and daily operations by collaborating with department personnel, technical staff, vendors, and facility support teams to develop and implement projects.
In this position, you will engage in process troubleshooting and de-bottlenecking, conducting both long-term and short-term analyses to optimize plant operations. Your work will directly support Westlake CA&O in meeting critical goals regarding personnel health and safety, environmental protection, raw material usage, production efficiency, and operating costs. You will monitor plant conformance to regulations, analyze raw material and utility usage to optimize efficiencies, and ensure equipment uptime through detailed inspections and maintenance coordination.
