About the Role
This position serves as a vital link in our construction operations, managing day-to-day activities while supervising craft employees and subcontractors. You will be responsible for ensuring safety, meeting production goals, maintaining quality control, and managing costs. The role is designed with a progression of skill and experience, offering a path from entry-level management of 1-2 crews to senior-level oversight of complex scopes of work.
In this role, you will coordinate field activities with the project schedule, manage equipment and construction methods, and enforce a relentless culture of safety. You will work closely with project leaders on risk management, environmental controls, and business development, ensuring that every aspect of the project aligns with our high standards and the Sundt Management System.
