About the Role
The Predictive Maintenance Analyst Senior serves as a pivotal link between plant operations and corporate reliability standards. This role is dedicated to driving the plant's predictive maintenance functions, ensuring that maintenance strategies are effectively executed to minimize unplanned equipment failure and maximize overall plant reliability.
In this position, you will focus on equipment performance improvement, interfacing with corporate support groups, fleet resources, and the Power Optimization Center (POC). Your primary interface will be with plant management, support staff, and production teams, as well as other Vistra plants. You will champion the predictive maintenance program within the organization, promoting consistency and continuous improvement by standardizing procedures, processes, and operations practices across the fleet.

Key Responsibilities
- check_circlePromote safety by utilizing HPI tools and techniques in daily functions
- check_circleEnsure equipment data is collected with consistency and quality in a timely manner
- check_circleAnalyze equipment data proficiently to minimize unplanned equipment failure
- check_circleSupport capital projects by providing data and analysis for justification
- check_circleProvide technical support for QA/QC, installation, and start-up of new equipment
- check_circleParticipate in outage planning process and provide input for equipment inspection
- check_circleBuild predictive maintenance strategy around existing and new equipment
- check_circleUtilize plant reporting instrumentation for monitoring equipment condition and trends
- check_circleProvide training in PdM technologies to Reliability Technicians
- check_circleCoordinate and direct the work of Reliability Technicians as required
- check_circleAssume responsibilities of the Reliability Supervisor during absence
- check_circleChampion the plant's predictive maintenance program within plant organizations
Requirements
- verifiedHigh school diploma or GED equivalent
- verifiedTen years of related industrial experience
- verifiedProficiency in CMMS, SKF software, drawings, and instruction books
- verifiedLevel 2 certifications in PdM technologies (vibration analysis, thermography, lubrication analysis)
- verifiedLevel 3 certification in one PdM technology (vibration analysis, thermography, lubrication analysis)
- verifiedExperience with RCA facilitation
- verifiedKnowledge of corporate Reliability and Predictive Maintenance standards
