Key Responsibilities
- check_circleManage complete physical asset and maintenance of critical data center infrastructure
- check_circleBuild and lead a team of engineers, technicians, and assistant managers
- check_circleResolve electrical, mechanical, and fire protection system issues while minimizing risks
- check_circleAct as single point-of-contact for customer facility-related issues and schedules
- check_circleOversee site onboarding and ensure seamless transition from construction to operations
- check_circleDevelop and maintain site-level operating procedures and documentation
- check_circleImplement and audit Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) databases
- check_circleCustomize planned maintenance procedures to follow best practices and OEM recommendations
- check_circleEnforce adherence to Customer SLA parameters and approve all system changes
- check_circleMonitor power, cooling capacity, and environmental conditions within data halls
- check_circleOversee preventive maintenance inspections and guide issue resolution
- check_circleManage subcontractor vetting and develop PM contract scopes of work
Requirements
- verifiedBachelor's Degree in relevant field, technical school, or equivalent experience
- verified5+ years experience in mission-critical environments
- verified3+ years direct management of non-exempt shift-based employees
- verifiedValid driver's license
- verifiedAbility to read and understand complex drawings, systems, and documentation
