About the Role
The Building Engineer serves as the primary ABM point of contact for daily operations within mission-critical environments. In this capacity, you will hold full responsibility for the management and operation of facility services, supporting site leadership in overseeing all building systems, including HVAC, mechanical, and electrical infrastructure. This role is instrumental in fostering a culture of safety and reliability, with a specific mandate to achieve 100% operational availability.
You will lead a team comprising Critical Facility Technicians, Assistant Chief Engineers, and external contractors. The position emphasizes continuous improvement, staff development, and operational excellence, requiring you to manage change control protocols, oversee operational budgets, and ensure high-quality execution of work with zero impact to internal or external customers.
