Key Responsibilities
- check_circleOperate, monitor, and maintain electrical, mechanical, and telecommunications data center systems
- check_circleTrack and trend operational characteristics and maintain equipment labeling
- check_circleAssist with database management of maintenance discrepancies and site issue resolution
- check_circlePerform regular facility and security tours to document and resolve issues
- check_circleEnsure data center operational efficiency and compliance with safety regulations
- check_circlePerform fiber and copper cabling terminations, testing, and circuit path verification
- check_circleRespond to abnormal conditions and manage incident escalations for facility systems
- check_circleCoordinate and oversee power installations, upgrades, and contractor work
- check_circleWrite technical procedures for preventative and corrective maintenance activities
- check_circleExecute infrastructure projects including cage builds, rack and stack, and overhead installations
- check_circleConduct preventive and predictive maintenance on HVAC, generators, and fire safety systems
- check_circleManage work orders, trouble tickets, and remote hands support requests
Requirements
- verifiedMilitary service members eligible for the DoD SkillBridge Program
- verifiedHigh school diploma or GED
- verified2-5 years of related experience
- verifiedAuthorization to work in the United States on a full-time basis
