Senior Oracle EBS Developer — Richmond, VA at Custom

About the Role

We are seeking a Sr. Oracle EBS Developer to join our team in Richmond, VA. This role is pivotal for the design, development, and support of our Oracle E-Business Suite Financial modules. You will serve as a technical bridge, translating complex business requirements into efficient, scalable solutions that underpin critical accounting and operational functions.

The ideal candidate possesses deep expertise in Financials (AP, AR, GL, PO, Inventory) and interfaces, capable of working seamlessly with functional analysts, business users, and database administrators to enhance our enterprise financial systems.

Work Environment & Location

This is a local opportunity for talent based in the Richmond, VA area. The position begins with an onsite interview and an initial period of full-time onsite work to facilitate learning and team integration. Following this ramp-up phase, the role will evolve into a hybrid work model.

Strong communication skills are essential, as you will collaborate daily with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, document solutions, and ensure successful project delivery.

Requirements

verifiedBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
verified7+ years hands-on development experience with Oracle E-Business Suite R12 Financials

verifiedStrong functional understanding of Financials business processes (AP, AR, GL, PO, INV)

Oracle Certified Professional (OCP) or similar certification.
