About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Oracle EBS R12 Techno-Functional Consultant to lead a unique hybrid engagement that is 60% functional and 40% technical. This is not a role where one dimension merely supports the other; it is a true integration position where deep functional expertise in Finance and Procurement modules is actively exercised alongside hands-on technical delivery.
In this capacity, you will own module setups, business process design, and stakeholder engagement while independently delivering technical solutions. Your day-to-day will involve bridging the gap between business and IT, translating functional requirements into technical specifications and vice versa. You will drive end-to-end solution delivery—from requirements gathering and functional design through configuration, technical build, testing, and go-live support.
As a senior SME, you will be equally trusted by business owners for functional guidance and by technical teams for solution design. You will lead patch and upgrade impact assessments, manage defect resolution, and identify opportunities for process improvement and automation, including the application of AI/ML within Oracle environments to drive operational efficiency.
