About the Opportunity
ECLARO is partnering with a leading technology solutions provider in Arlington, TX, to find a Senior Network Engineer. This client collaborates closely with customers to manage complex needs and achieve strategic business goals. The role is designed for a highly skilled Level 3 Network Engineer ready to lead the architecture, implementation, and optimization of a next-generation enterprise network.
As a senior member of the team, you will serve as the subject matter expert for Cisco ACI (Data Center) and SD-WAN (Wide Area Network) environments. This position offers a chance to apply your skills where innovative technology solutions begin, driving the evolution of network infrastructure while mentoring junior engineers and leading cross-functional projects.
Day in the Life
In this role, you will act as the final point of escalation for complex network outages, conducting deep-dive root cause analysis using packet capture and advanced telemetry. Your day will involve designing and managing a Multi-Pod/Multi-Site Cisco ACI environment, overseeing the configuration of tenants, VRFs, and security segmentation strategies to prevent lateral threat movement.
You will balance technical execution with strategic communication, translating business compliance requirements into technical network policies and explaining complex SDN concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership. The role requires a blend of on-site project support, on-call rotation, and the ability to travel overnight as needed. You will work in a fast-paced environment, ensuring networks operate efficiently while maintaining professional and ethical standards to serve customers and increase company goodwill.

Requirements
