About the Role

We are looking for a Sr. Product Architect to join our team. The Product Architect III serves as a critical presales and project support resource for Account Executives, Delivery teams, and customers. This role is dedicated to supporting the Sales team from the very beginning of a sales cycle, helping to understand a customer's overall technology direction and applying deep expertise to develop the most optimal solution for their organization.

The position focuses on identifying opportunities and defining comprehensive solutions that span cloud, data center, networking, virtualization, security, and business continuity technologies. As a senior member of the team, you will hold multiple certifications and work closely with less experienced Product Architects to ensure the delivery of high-quality products and services. You will act as the "go-to" technical presales resource, equipping Account Executives with a basic understanding of CompuCom solutions and leading the consultative sales process through presentations and demos.
