They are seeking a competent Registered Professional Engineer to join their team at their Irvine, CA, or Long Beach offices.
This role is designed for a leader who thrives in a multi-discipline environment. You will apply your expertise in HVAC, medical gas, and plumbing design engineering while supervising teams of engineers and designers. The position offers the authority to direct, control, and monitor all activities across multiple projects simultaneously, from proposal development through construction completion.
The Role in Context
As a key member of the firm, you will administer all phases of complex projects, taking primary responsibility for budgeting, scheduling, planning, design, and specification writing. This is a client-facing role where you will be comfortable presenting complex engineering concepts to clients, industry partners, and internal staff. Success in this position requires strong interpersonal skills to maintain robust client relationships and the ability to effectively communicate through both oral presentations and written documentation.
