As a senior-level CAD expert, you will independently develop new product concepts from rough sketches or minimal design inputs, applying deep product knowledge to guide architectural design decisions. Your work will involve establishing and evolving advanced CAD architectures, modeling strategies, and design standards aligned with G&W Engineering practices. You will collaborate closely with Project Engineers, Engineering Managers, and cross-functional teams to support concept development, feasibility studies, and new product initiatives, while also providing mentorship and technical guidance to NPD Mechanical Designers and Design Engineers.
