About the Role
At Adams Thermal Systems, this position serves as a critical technical bridge between customer needs and manufacturing execution. The role exists to drive customer-driven design solutions that balance robustness, cost-efficiency, and risk management within an OEM manufacturing environment. You will act as the primary technical contact for sales, fostering and growing key customer relationships while ensuring designs align with the company's capabilities.
In this capacity, you will lead cross-functional Design FMEA sessions with teams spanning Logistics, Manufacturing, Product Engineering, Purchasing, Quality, and Suppliers. The day-to-day involves utilizing the QPC process in adherence to IATF-16949 standards, directing designers and drafters, and supporting manufacturing during prototyping or production launches. Flexibility to travel domestically and internationally is required to support these initiatives.
