We are the people who give possibilities purpose. As one of the largest global medical technology companies in the world, advancing the world of health is our core mission. It takes the imagination and passion of our entire team—from design and engineering to manufacturing and marketing—to look at the impossible and find transformative solutions that turn dreams into possibilities.
This position sits at the intersection of manufacturing engineering and lifecycle management, supporting BD APM's Advanced Hemodynamic monitoring systems. You will be the guardian of continuity for electronic components and assemblies, ensuring that our sustaining manufacturing operations run smoothly while managing the complex risks of component obsolescence. Your work will directly impact the reliability of critical medical devices by collaborating cross-functionally with engineering, supply chain, quality, and external manufacturing partners to drive ongoing production, product changes, and process improvements.
To find purpose in the possibilities, we need people who can see the bigger picture and understand the human story that underpins everything we do. We welcome individuals with the imagination and drive to help reinvent the future of healthcare. At BD, you will discover a culture where you can learn, grow, and thrive. We believe that when people connect in person, we learn faster, collaborate more deeply, and build a stronger culture. Face-to-face collaboration is central to our approach, supporting your learning, progress, and success.
