About the Role

The Sr. Manager, Fill & Finish, Packaging & Inspection Production Engineering provides strategic leadership for production engineering activities within our pharmaceutical manufacturing operations. This role is critical to ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient production by owning process engineering, equipment performance, and lifecycle management across isolators, vial filling, stoppering, and capping systems.

You will lead and develop a team of Senior Production Engineers and Production Engineers, driving asset performance, risk-based decision-making, and continuous improvement. The position serves as a key technical authority for complex equipment issues, overseeing reliability, availability, and performance across critical production areas. You will champion predictive maintenance technologies, govern equipment-related changes through formal processes, and align site asset management strategies with ISO 55000 standards. This role is essential for maintaining the integrity of our aseptic processing capabilities and ensuring the continuity of supply for our life-saving therapies.
