About the Role

The Change Management and Deployment Senior Manager is a pivotal role designed to support the implementation of medium to large change initiatives. You will operate in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment, utilizing process improvement and change management methodologies to drive adoption and transformational outcomes. This position requires a high level of emotional intelligence to navigate complex organizational dynamics and build strong relationships with senior leaders across the organization.

In this role, you will not only lead the deployment of new processes and innovative medical technologies but also evolve our standard practices for change management. You will act as a "fun conductor" for the team, fostering an environment of bi-directional feedback, coaching, and professional growth while ensuring adherence to industry best practices tailored to DaVita's unique approach.
