Are you an innovative leader ready to design the next generation of world-class fulfillment centers and logistics systems across the globe? We are looking for a high-impact engineer to join our team in Nashville, where you will take ownership of solving complex problems using groundbreaking automated material handling equipment, packaging technologies, and robotics.
In this role, you will collaborate with internal and external teams to design high-quality, cost-effective solutions for our fulfillment and distribution systems. You will manage multiple projects simultaneously, guiding them from concept realization through design approval. As the primary technical contact for suppliers, you will ensure alignment throughout the design phase. Once approved, you will hand off the project to our Operations Engineering team for installation and commissioning, providing support to ensure the system is successfully launched.
Your portfolio will encompass green-field, brown-field, and retrofit projects. The team designs a wide variety of facilities, including fulfillment centers, cross-docks, specialty facilities (such as reverse logistics and hazmat), and ground and air transportation centers across North America and Europe. Projects range from template-based designs to those built from scratch.
You will join a team of highly skilled and engaged engineers in a fast-paced, often ambiguous environment. Our team executes hundreds of projects annually, offering a challenging environment where you will learn, grow, and work on high-impact, high-visibility initiatives.
