This position sits at the intersection of advanced thermal engineering and strategic business operations. You will serve as a key technical leader for Coherent Thermal Solutions, driving the design and deployment of new thermal and thermoelectric products that meet rigorous customer requirements. The role is designed for an independent engineer who thrives in a global environment, bridging the gap between R&D, manufacturing, and direct customer engagement.
You will spend your time conceiving and executing complex thermal-mechanical designs, managing project lifecycles from concept to delivery, and fostering strong relationships with strategic customers. A significant portion of your day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams across the US and Vietnam to ensure seamless product development and manufacturing alignment. This is a hands-on role that requires comfort in both high-level engineering analysis and the practical realities of the manufacturing floor.
At Coherent Corp., our culture is built on the ICARE framework, which guides every aspect of our work:
We are committed to maintaining a safe and inclusive workplace where adherence to EHS procedures and quality standards is paramount. Our team operates with a global mindset, working across time zones to support our international manufacturing and customer base.
