Our Infrastructure team is responsible for delivering secure, high-availability infrastructure operations within the federal government. We design and sustain mission-critical data center environments, ensuring the organization's ability to support critical missions through reliability, resilience, and technical excellence.
As an Infrastructure Engineer, you will contribute hands-on expertise to strengthen the reliability of mission-critical environments. You will partner with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and improve data center infrastructure solutions that increase performance and resiliency. Your day-to-day involves managing enterprise data center technologies—servers, storage, networking, and power systems—while monitoring infrastructure health and responding to complex hardware and facility incidents.
You will actively participate in Agile execution and technical discussions, identifying risks and capacity concerns while communicating clear mitigation strategies. This role requires establishing and maintaining high levels of customer trust through disciplined execution. Please note that this position is designated as essential personnel supporting continuity of operations; it may require work during government shutdowns, emergencies, or other critical situations.
