As a Sr. Network Engineer III, you will serve as a technical authority for voice, video, and collaboration platforms, contributing immediately as a subject matter expert within a fast-paced operational environment. This role provides senior unified communications engineering support for a highly visible, security-sensitive customer, specifically delivering technical solutions for the highest levels of the federal government.
You will work as part of a collaborative, high-performing team, participating in Agile execution and contributing to collaborative problem-solving efforts. Your day will involve designing, implementing, and troubleshooting enterprise voice, video, and collaboration platforms while communicating technical issues and solutions clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Success in this position requires proactive problem-solving, a strong sense of ownership, and the ability to establish and maintain high levels of customer trust and confidence through technical expertise and professionalism.
This position is designated as essential personnel supporting continuity of operations. Consequently, you may be required to work during government shutdowns, emergencies, or other critical situations to support mission operations with urgency and accountability.
