About the Role
The Pre-Sales Cybersecurity Solutions Engineer is a customer-facing security professional dedicated to bridging the gap between complex technical capabilities and business objectives. In this role, you will partner with internal sales teams and external clients to design, position, and articulate cybersecurity solutions that align with modern enterprise, hybrid, and cloud environments.
Your day-to-day involves leading technical discovery sessions to uncover customer security challenges and assessing existing architectures to identify gaps and risks. You will translate complex security concepts into clear, business-relevant outcomes, presenting value propositions to both technical teams and executive audiences. From supporting product demonstrations and whiteboard sessions to validating technical fitness through proof-of-concept efforts, you will ensure a seamless transition from pre-sales strategy to post-sales delivery. This remote position may require periodic reporting to our Austin, Texas office based on business needs.

Requirements

- verifiedFamiliarity with email security vendors (Proofpoint, Mimecast, Abnormal)

- verifiedCISSP, CCSP, CISM, or SSCP certification preferred
