The Senior Human Resources and Benefits Manager serves as a strategic partner to the organization, driving HR initiatives that align with our broader organizational goals. This role is pivotal in cultivating a positive workplace culture while ensuring that all HR practices adhere to the highest standards of compliance and best practices.
You will lead the development and enforcement of HR policies, collaborating closely with senior leadership to shape workforce planning and talent management strategies. A key focus of this position is the administration of comprehensive employee benefits programs, including health, retirement, and wellness initiatives. You will act as the primary liaison with benefits vendors, managing relationships and negotiating contracts to ensure service levels meet the organization's needs.
In addition to strategic planning, you will be deeply involved in the employee lifecycle, from conducting new hire orientations and background checks to facilitating open enrollment sessions and managing offboarding activities. Your expertise will guide decision-making through the analysis of HR metrics, which you will report to leadership to support strategic planning. This role requires a high degree of professionalism and discretion when handling sensitive information and resolving workplace disputes.
