About the Role
The Lead Housekeeper is a pivotal role that bridges the gap between management and the front lines of hospitality. You will assist department managers in leading and developing a team of housekeepers through coaching, performance management, and optimizing daily operations to meet productivity and quality standards. This position is unique because it combines leadership responsibilities with hands-on work; you will participate in cleaning and inspections to maintain our high standards while fostering a collaborative work environment.
Every day in this role is different. You will oversee workflow management, conduct regular inspections prior to guest and owner arrivals, and support your team with escalated guest and homeowner concerns. You'll also partner with Business Development Representatives when new units join the portfolio and assist with scheduling and supply organization. Your ability to move freely between indoor and outdoor settings, including private homes and resorts, is essential as you navigate varying weather conditions and shifting schedules to ensure great stays for our guests.

Requirements
