About the Role
As a Housekeeper/Room Attendant, you will perform routine duties of cleaning and servicing guest rooms beyond expectation while following the directive of the Executive Housekeeper. This role is for those who are friendly, energetic, and professional, and who enjoy creating stellar guest experiences in a fast-paced environment.
You will be the face of our property, promoting a positive image to guests with a pleasant and friendly temperament. Your day will involve anticipating the needs of guests to ensure their satisfaction, answering questions about property amenities and local attractions, and resolving complaints promptly. You will work as a team player to deliver excellent customer service, ensuring that every guest feels welcomed and cared for.

Requirements
- verifiedHigh-school graduate or equivalent
- verifiedMinimum of six months work-related experience (hospitality or janitorial experience preferred)
- verifiedAbility to lift up to 40 lbs
- verifiedAbility to walk, bend, and stand for long time periods
Nice to Have
High-school graduate or equivalent with a minimum of six months work-related experience in hospitality or janitorial services. Previous experience in the hospitality industry. Previous experience as a housekeeper/room attendant or in janitorial services.
