Are you a culinary professional seeking a career path that offers superior work-life balance and growth opportunities beyond the typical constraints of a sous chef or line cook position? This full-time personal chef role operates Monday through Friday from 8 am to 6 pm, ensuring your evenings and weekends remain free.
In this position, you will serve as a personal chef for 8-9 clients weekly. Your responsibilities include managing weekly grocery shopping, crafting meal plans, cooking, and maintaining kitchen cleanliness. This role provides a unique platform to showcase your creativity across a variety of cuisines while building meaningful relationships with clients who deeply appreciate your culinary expertise.
Beyond standard weekly meal preparation, you will have the opportunity to host intimate private dining events and dinner parties, teach cooking classes as a culinary instructor, and lead corporate team-building cooking workshops. You may also support special projects such as menu design and event catering.
Unlike traditional restaurant environments, this position offers consistent, predictable hours without regular late nights or weekend shifts. You will enjoy direct client interaction and the freedom to create custom menus. Furthermore, the role provides clear pathways to grow beyond the kitchen into events, education, and leadership.
We invest in our chefs through hands-on training, mentorship, and career development programs. If you are someone who enjoys taking initiative, building relationships, and driving growth, this role offers virtually unlimited potential. We value hard work, creativity, and dedication, rewarding exceptional performance with a clear pathway to financial advancement, including well-deserved raises at the one-year mark contingent upon favorable evaluations.
