As a key member of our hospitality operations, you will play a vital role in maintaining the high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction that define our brand.
In this role, you will be responsible for the thorough cleaning, stocking, and turn-down service of guest rooms. Your day-to-day activities involve ensuring every space is pristine, from scrubbing surfaces and making beds to replenishing amenities and managing room keys. You will work conscientiously to meet deadlines with minimal supervision, responding promptly to guest requests for items or assistance. The position requires flexibility to work varying schedules that reflect the dynamic needs of the hotel business.

Key Responsibilities
- check_circleStrip and make beds by changing linens and lifting bedspreads weighing up to 40 lbs
- check_circleDust all furniture, pictures, drawers, window ledges, and shelves thoroughly
- check_circleReplenish amenities, linens, and supplies in guest rooms
- check_circlePush and pull vacuum throughout the entire room and empty trash
- check_circleSign for room keys, retrieve them, push to assigned rooms, and visually inspect rooms for cleanliness
- check_circleRespond in a timely manner to guest requests for items such as irons, safety instructions, and assistance
- check_circleClean bathtubs, toilets, sinks, walls, mirrors, tiles, counters, and floor surfaces using cleaning agents and tools
Requirements
