About the Role

This is a Senior FP&A Analyst position designed for someone who thrives on being close to the business rather than buried in spreadsheets without context. You will partner with operations, sales, supply chain, accounting, and leadership to understand business dynamics, explain performance, identify trends, and drive informed decisions.

This is not a narrow reporting role. You will have real visibility into the business and the opportunity to shape how finance supports operations moving forward. Working within an FP&A team being built for growth, you will make a tangible impact by improving reporting, creating better visibility, and helping the business make more informed choices. The ideal candidate is hands-on, curious, and business-minded, looking for ownership, exposure, and a long-term path within a dynamic environment.
