As a Sr. Field Technician, you will serve as a crew leader responsible for inspecting, testing, and maintaining high, medium, and low voltage electrical power equipment. This role is critical to ensuring the reliability and safety of essential infrastructure. You will work with complex assets including SF6 and vacuum circuit breakers, pad mount and GSU transformers, grounding systems, instrument transformers, and various manual and motor-operated switches.
In this position, you will lead safety culture on job sites by conducting safety briefings and actively identifying, eliminating, or mitigating hazards. You will utilize Human Performance Error Elimination concepts to troubleshoot and solve equipment problems, consulting manuals, schematics, and engineering personnel to determine optimum equipment functioning. Beyond technical execution, you will be responsible for project management of large-scale and complex testing initiatives, developing testing plans, and training Field Technicians I, II, and III.

Bachelor's or associate degree in electrical/Electronic technology, or Military experience. NETA II or NETA IV Certified.
