The MYA Reliability Engineering team operates within the Global Reliability Engineering organization, part of the Services Systems Engineering group under Gas Power Engineering. This team is critical to GE Vernova's success, driving accurate and compliant model updates used across the MYA/CS business. The organization is dedicated to sustainment and the continued development of processes and tools that underwrite guarantees, fostering a culture where innovation challenges traditional thinking.
As a People Leader, you will guide the team with an SQDC mindset while upholding the GE Vernova Way principles and unyielding integrity. The role requires fostering a safety-first culture that supports product risk reduction with urgency, while cultivating a positive working environment and high morale.
The MYA Reliability Engineering People Leader serves as the Engineering go-to team for all questions, concerns, and updates related to MYA and CS catalog modeling and NLREs. You will establish, communicate, and operationalize a clear vision and culture for the team, ensuring that all priorities are set and executed to drive high 'say-do' execution.
A key part of this role is ensuring the continued sustainment and evolution of the business-critical tool, RAMDECKmini, to guarantee that catalog updates and new unit and CSA contract deal underwriting remain timely and compliant. You will maintain catalog update compliance by overseeing accurate and timely model submissions. Success in this position requires setting clear expectations and standards to satisfy business targets aligned with the Gas Power Services business line.
You will also cultivate strong collaborative relationships with interfacing teams, including MYA Systems, GTE Systems, Design Modules, Services, Repairs, Digital, and the Chief's Office. This collaboration enables open, transparent communication for efficient cross-functional decision-making, ensuring the team can adapt to a dynamic global environment.
