This position is designed for individuals who thrive in an environment of continuous improvement and technical challenge. You will be part of a team that drives innovation through the design, coordination, and execution of experiments to develop new processes and enhance manufacturing techniques. The role requires a blend of independent problem-solving and collaborative teamwork to address complex process integration issues.
In this role, you will plan and execute technical projects, analyzing and integrating results with project team members. You will lead activities to reduce variation in critical processes and facilitate problem-solving sessions to address process and device issues. A key part of your day will involve providing training and technical direction to support personnel, establishing operating specifications, and developing action plans for process failure modes. You will communicate regularly with management and cross-functional groups to ensure alignment on engineering needs, preparing reports on project status and experimental results while collaborating with technical groups to stay current with industry developments.
