DDS Engineering & Surveying, LLP (DDSE) is an experienced natural gas and civil engineering, permitting, and survey firm with a long history of delivering consulting engineering and construction services to the natural gas industry. Our dynamic team comprises experienced natural gas, civil, and mechanical engineers, surveyors, construction personnel, and in-house experts in legal, compliance, and safety.

We serve a variety of natural gas customers throughout the Northeast, performing critical engineering services related to natural gas transmission, distribution main design, station design (including M&R, gate stations, and regulator stations), and customer services for both residential and commercial clients. About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer (PE) to serve as the electrical technical lead for gas distribution facility projects and complex RNG/LNG facility projects. This is first and foremost a technical leadership role designed to provide electrical engineering judgment and design oversight across multidisciplinary projects.

In this position, you will act as DDS's client-facing electrical subject matter expert, leading PE reviews of EI&C deliverables and guiding the team through design development to construction. You will be expected to lead electrical quality and review efforts, produce electrical calculations, and support the development of sound electrical designs. While contributing to drawing development and AutoCAD-based production is valued, the primary focus remains on technical leadership, mentorship, and ensuring constructability and code compliance. You will participate directly in client and project team discussions, helping stakeholders navigate electrical scope, design decisions, and technical risks.
