As the Senior Director of Supply Chain, you will provide enterprise-level leadership for our end-to-end supply chain operations. This role is critical to our mission, ensuring launch readiness and governing execution across internal functions and external partners. You will lead the scale-up from clinical to commercial manufacturing, designing network models that balance cost, risk, and scalability while maintaining strict adherence to cGMP, GCP, and GDP regulations.
In this position, you will champion the implementation of digital supply chain systems and define enterprise KPIs to drive visibility and continuous improvement. Your work will directly impact patient outcomes by ensuring the integrity of the chain of identity and custody for our autologous therapies. You will build and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration as we grow.
This is an on-site role in Torrey Pines, CA. The position requires flexibility and availability for weekend and holiday work as needed to support our dynamic operations. Please note that relocation assistance is not available for this role.
