About the Role
Daniel Defense LLC is seeking a Senior Director of Technology to lead IT & Digital Solutions within our Defense & Aerospace manufacturing environment. In this pivotal role, you will own the technology strategy, cybersecurity, and digital transformation across advanced manufacturing, ERP/MES, and cloud platforms. You will partner closely with operations and engineering to drive secure, data-driven innovation while managing budgets, vendors, and strategic roadmaps.
You will build and mentor a high-performing team in a culture deeply focused on precision, quality, and continuous improvement. This position offers the opportunity to work with state-of-the-art facilities and drive meaningful change in a critical industry sector.

Requirements
