The Operational Intelligence and Observability team within the Cloud Operations Resilience Engineering (CORE) organization serves Capital One's technology management and data imperatives. This team ensures that operational information on technology assets and platforms is available, intelligible, performant, well-governed, and secure. The role leads the product team responsible for enabling the collection and analysis of data across software, databases, analytics, security, research, and infrastructure assets. This group partners with technology, risk, security, and business teams to monitor performance, identify issues, and support resilience.
As a Sr. Director of Product Management, you will lead the product strategy for tools that enable Capital One to manage its applications and cloud assets. You are expected to demonstrate proficiency in five key areas that form the foundation of successful product management at Capital One:
