The Operational Intelligence and Observability team within our Cloud Operations Resilience Engineering (CORE) organization serves Capital One's technology management and data imperatives. We ensure that operational information on technology assets and platforms is available, intelligible, performant, well-governed, and secure. This role leads the product team responsible for enabling and delivering the collection and analysis of data from Capital One's technology, spanning software, databases, analytics, security, research, and infrastructure assets. The product leader for operational intelligence and observability will have scope over the tools that enable Capital One to manage its applications and cloud assets. This group partners with technology, risk, security, and business teams to monitor performance, identify issues, and support resilience.
