The Senior Director, HR Business Partner - Operations is a strategic executive partner responsible for driving human capital strategy across a complex, multisite Operations and Manufacturing organization. This role serves as a catalyst for organizational effectiveness, partnering directly with senior operational leaders to build an adaptable, scalable workforce, optimize operating models, and cultivate an engaged, capable, and agile frontline and leadership population.
As a trusted advisor and architect of talent systems, you will ensure Operations is positioned to deliver on current and future business commitments. You will lead and mentor a team of HR Business Partners, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement. This leader will need to work 50 percent or more on-site near one of our major BAE locations, with local talent highly desired. Locations include Nashua, NH; Austin, TX; Endicott, NY; Fort Wayne, IN; or Cedar Rapids, IA.
