The Senior Director, HR Business Partner - Operations serves as a strategic executive partner responsible for driving human capital strategy across a complex, multisite Operations and Manufacturing organization. This role acts as a catalyst for organizational effectiveness, partnering directly with senior operational leaders to build an adaptable, scalable workforce, optimize operating models, and cultivate an engaged, capable, and agile frontline and leadership population.
As a trusted advisor and architect of talent systems, you will oversee workforce planning, capability building, and cultural transformation to ensure Operations is positioned to deliver on current and future business commitments. You will lead and mentor a team of HR Business Partners, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement. This position requires working 50 percent or more on-site near one of our major BAE locations, with local talent highly desired.
